The Galpeg Associates Program is designed to take care of all the issues that may arise for a US distributor needing to service clients with operations in Europe. This can be handled using your existing name. We become your European office with representative support staff to handle your customers' requirements. Your identity and your brand values are protected and not diluted by our involvement. You continue to stay in control and your clients remain your clients, even though we become directly responsible for all aspects of the contract on your behalf.

THE PROCESS

THE ORDER
Your client passes to you the order details for one of their European satellite offices. Your client either asks you to deliver product directly to them but bill them in the normal way or requests that you to deliver product and also bill the European office directly. Either way, we can help fulfill this request.

OUR ROLE
We source for you locally the best price for the product to meet your client’s delivery deadline. If the European client is paying directly, then we can prepare a confirmation order in the correct currency. This order can have your identity on the document, so that your involvement is continuously recognized.

ORDER FULFILMENT
We purchase the product from the supplier and also pay them. Dependent on the agreed terms of the order, we bill your client either in advance or after the order has been delivered. If pre-production sampling is required, we can also arrange this.

THE DEAL
If you bill your client in the US then we charge a handling fee on top of the cost of the product that we source locally on your behalf. The handling fee is usually a fixed percentage added to the cost of the product. If we bill the European client, we charge a fixed percentage of the order value. If there are any additional expenses to be incurred, such as sampling or a client visit, then these costs are pre-approved and charged in addition.
